As your broker, we will act as your representative in negotiations with insurers and will endeavor to ensure prompt and equitable settlement of all valid claims.
Our claims handling services includes:-
- Promptly notifying insurers of claims or relevant circumstances
- Facilitating seamless communication of reports and correspondence related to the claim among the relevant parties
- Skilfully negotiating with Insurers and overseeing the collection and/or settlement of the claim in line with market practices and in line with the terms and conditions of your policy.
Claims Notifications
It is important that you notify the Company as soon as possible in case of any loss, claim or circumstance which falls within the notification provisions of the insurance contract. Failure to notify insurer(s) promptly may entitle them to reject your claim.

Acknowledgement
Upon receipt of the documentation, a member of our claims department will acknowledge your notification, inform the respective insurer and guide you through the claim process.
Claim Evaluation & Process
In the event of a motor accident, you are requested to produce:
- A copy of the driver’s license
- A copy of the front-to-rear form (if applicable)
- Warden’s or Police Report number (if applicable)
- Photographic evidence of the accident
Our claims personnel will then assist you in completing the necessary claim form and guide you through the whole claims process depending on your policy coverage.
In the event of loss or damage to property you must, you must:
- Retain all damaged items
- Photographic evidence to prove the loss/damage
- Inform the Police immediately if the loss involves lost, stolen or maliciously damaged property
- Provide us with any third party details which could have been involved in the loss/damage you suffered
- Forward us copies of unanswered legal correspondence served in connection with any claim for which you might be held legally liable
- Avoid discussion, admittance, repudiation or negotiation of any claim with the written permission of the insurer/broker
- Act as if you are uninsured and do your best to minimize the loss as much as possible
Your claim would then need to be quantified with substantiating repairs and/or replacement quotations. Upon receipt, insurers might at their own discretion decide to appoint a loss adjustor to assist in the handing of your claim. Once satisfied with the claim presented, insurers will issue a claims settlement offer where our claims department will make sure that the settlement being offered reflects a fair and reasonable settlement of your claim.
Settlement
Once a settlement agreement has been reached, we will assist with the collection of the claims payment and will make it our priority that the Insurance Company resolves your claim efficiently and fairly.
